The staff of directors at Chiles & Sons-Laman encourages family members to personalize visitation and services. One way of personalization is to make use of our magnetic picture boards. This way a family can make a collage of memories through photographs. We also encourage personalization by displays of personal accomplishment, such as displaying trophies, medals and even in some cases a motorcycle. These are ways of celebrating a life lived, cherishing memories of a beloved member of your family.
Funeral services can be arranged in many different ways to suit various beliefs and lifestyles. You may choose from the following types of service:
- visitation with a funeral service the following day
- visitation with graveside services the following day
- visitation and funeral service on the same day
- visitation and graveside service on the same day
- graveside service only
Other ways of a personalizing services would be honoring your loved ones dedication to their military careers by having military rites at the cemetery or their commitments to a fraternal organization by having their respective groups conduct memorial services during visitation. The funeral directors will be happy to make any necessary arrangements to help organize these services.
