A'marrah A. Sylla, three weeks, passed away on August 18, 2023, at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
A'marrah was born July 26, 2023, in Lima, OH, to Abdoul Sylla, Jr. and Akeelah Long who both survive in Lima, Ohio.
A'marrah is survived by her mother, Akeelah Long of Lima, OH, father, Abdoul Sylla of Lima, OH, maternal-grandmother, Shawnte (Joseph) Vaske of Lima, OH, paternal-grandfather, Kendall (Cosha) Long of Atlanta, GA, maternal aunts and uncles, Richard Windle of Lima, OH, Azariah Windle of Lima, OH, Jazmine Windle of Lima, OH, Jenilah Long of Lima, OH, YaVette Vaske of Lima, OH, Joshay Vaske of Lima, OH, and Desiree Vaske of Lima, OH paternal-grandfather, Abdoul Sylla, Sr. of Columbus, OH, paternal-grandmother, Maria Montano of Lima, OH, paternal aunts and uncles, Mikey Salunga of IN, Deondrea Soles, Cecil Benton, Jr., and Kevontae Tyson all of Lima, OH.
She is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Angelia Stiggers, and paternal-great-grandmother, Linda Brewer.
A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 2:00pm at CHILES - LAMAN FUNERAL HOMES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the SHAWNEE CHAPEL.
