Obituary For Joyce Kesler

Elida
Our Beloved Joyce Ann (Cook) Kesler passed away at 8:55 a.m., Friday, February 1, 2024 at age 74 with her family at her side.
She was born January 2, 1950 to Everett and Arneatta Cook in Lima, Ohio.
She married Steven M. Kesler on September 20, 1969, who survives in Elida.
She was also survived by three children, Michelle (Bill) Neely of Dayton, Steve (Becky) Kesler of Lima, and David Kesler of Elida; four grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, Logan, and Alexis; and two siblings, Wayne (Pat) Cook of Elida and Gloria (Mike) Closson of Delphos.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Karen Blankenship.
She was a graduate of Ohio State Beauty Academy in 1967. She was a homemaker and a collector of many things. She cherished her birds and her three dogs.
There will never be another Joyce, she was one of a kind and she will be deeply missed.
Services will be held February 7, 2024 at 11:00 am at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services. Pastor Mark Foor to officiate the service. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery - Elida following the service. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Wednesday, February 7, 2024, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Ohio SPCA.
