Elida, Ohio
Karen L. Miller, 78, passed away November 21, 2023, at 10:14 pm, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Karen was born September 28, 1945 in Lima, OH, to Wayne and Irene (Lusk) Feikert who preceded her in death. On February 9, 1969 she married Thomas "Tom" Miller who survives in Elida, OH.
Karen graduated from Waynesfield Gosen High School in 1963. She was an assembler at Westinghouse where she would later meet her husband, Tom. Later in life she worked for Elida Local Schools, she was a Library and Recess Aid. Karen always enjoyed cross word puzzles and sudoku. She also liked to record various Christmas movies. Karen loved her husband dearly and cherished spending time with her grandchildren.
Karen is survived by her husband, Thomas "Tom" Miller of Elida, OH, children, Ken (Buffi) Miller of Canal Winchester, OH, Jeff (Marilynn) Miller of Belle, MO, Mike (Jennifer) Slone-Miller of Waynesfield, OH, grandchildren, Logan (Nichole), Kara, Tyler, Amber, Adreanna, Mason, Colten, and brother, Bruce Feikert.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Sonja (Leonard) Cummings
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 10:00am at Chiles - Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. Tyler Miller to officiate the service.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 24, 2023 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the Shawnee Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Healing Horses Therapeutic Riding Program, 140 Eagle Ridge Trail, Linn, MO.

    Sending Deepest Condolences to the Family of Karen Miller. So sorry for your loss. Karen was my cousin and I remember her as a child being so sweet, kind and having a huge sense of humor. I'm sure she will be missed. RIP. Judie (Snider) Herring
