Obituary For Richard L. "Rick" Miller

Richard L. Miller, 62 of Lima, passed away August 15, 2023, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center.

Rick was born October 22, 1960 in Lima to George "Richard" and Betty Jean (Stratton) Miller, who preceded him in death.

Rick was a 1979 graduate of Elida High School and he owned A&A Moving until his retirement in 2017. In his youth, he enjoyed playing softball and he could shoot a mean game of pool. Rick loved living life to the fullest, socializing with his many friends and he will be missed by many.

He is survived by his children, Rick (Stephanie) Miller, Jr., Mike Miller, Stephanie (Anthony) Warfield, Brandon (Danielle) Miller, Nick Miller, Amber Sargent, Benjamin Miller, Jacob Sargent and Shelby Sargent; nine grandchildren and his siblings, Brenda Cornwell, Lonnie (Brenda) Miller and Pam Hempfling.

No services will be held at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

    Rick I remember you when I was a child! I had visited your home multiple times. On one occasion you recorded me for Ben because you didn't think he'd believe I was there. You had such an inviting personality! May you rest easy!
