Richard Lee Wagner, 54, of West Liberty. passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on April 14, 1969, in Lima to Cyril Wagner, who survives in Waynesfield and Karen (Miller) Wagner, who preceded him in death.

Richard had worked at Honda and prior to that he had his own company Wagner Aerial. He loved hunting, fishing, working and was an excellent cook. He was patient, funny, smart and loving. He was hardworking, dedicated and passionate about his craft. Above all else, Richard was a great father and grandfather.

Surviving are his son Kyle Wagner of Lima; his brother Scott (Veronica) Wagner of Waynesfield; his grandson Jaxson Wagner; his niece Kayla Wagner; his step-daughter Brittney Brueshaber; his two step-grandchildren Jenna and Drake Brueshaber; his longtime partner Ann Mackesy.

According to his wishes, there will not be any visitation or services.
