Sharon L. Shaw, 73, passed away on October 27, 2023, at 6:14 am, at Lima Memorial Health System, surrounded by her loving family.
Sharon was born August 16, 1950, in Lima, OH, to William Lieurance and Geneva (Endicott) Miller who both preceded her in death. On March 7, 1970, she married James "Jim" Shaw who survives in Lima, OH.
Sharon graduated from Bath High School in 1968. She was a secretary at Hancock Gas Services for over twenty-two years. Sharon enjoyed watching Hallmark Shows and baking various treats for her family. She liked traveling and boating at Indian Lake. She cherished her husband Jim and loved her children and grandchildren dearly. Sharon and Jim always enjoyed going to all the grandchildren's sporting events.
Sharon is survived by her husband, James "Jim" Shaw of Lima, OH, daughter, Kristy (Josh) Lepley of Lima, OH, daughter-in-law, Amy Shaw of Marysville, OH, grandchildren, Ty Shaw of Marysville, OH, Ella Shaw of Marysville, OH, Jacob Lepley of Lima, OH, siblings, Rick (Cheryl) Lieurance of Lima, OH, Donny (Teresa) Lieurance of Waynesfield, OH, Scott (Dawn) Miller of Lima, OH, sisters-in-law, Sue (Armin) Diller of Lafayette, OH, Shirley Lieurance of Lima, OH and Cindy Lieurance of Lima, OH.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jeffery "Jeff" Shaw, brothers, Bob Lieurance, Dave Lieurance, and stepfather, Marion Miller.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 12:00pm at CHILES - LAMAN FUNERAL HOMES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm and one hour prior to the service at the EASTSIDE CHAPEL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Amanda Markley Scholarship Fund at Bath Schools or the Fair Haven Foundation in Indianapolis.
