Tammy Sue Treece, age 48 of Lima, passed away October 26, 2023, at Ohio State University-Wexner Medical Center.

She was born May 23, 1975, in Bowling Green, to James and Judy (Braucher) Barnett. Her mother, Judy Parks survives in Lima.

Also surviving are her son, Alex Treece of Lima, and a brother, Kennith (Sara) Barnett of Lima.

She is preceded in death by her stepfather, David Parks, and a son who died at birth, Huston Drury.

Tammy was a 1993 graduate of Lima Senior High School. She was a longtime employee of Mello Creme Donuts. She enjoyed being around her friends and enjoying life, plus she enjoyed fishing. She had attended Trinity Wesleyan Church.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Friday, November 10, 2023, at the Shawnee Chapel of Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Her funeral will begin at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, November 11, 2023, with Rev. Brad Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
