Obituary For Tod W. Wildermuth

Tod W. Wildermuth, 65, passed away peacefully at 12:48 pm June 11, 2024 at his residence with his daughter by his side.

He was born July 15, 1958 in Lima to Olan W. and Dorothy M. (Staup) Wildermuth who preceded him in death.

Tod was a crane operator for OmniSource and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: 2 Sons, Kevin (Susan) Wildermuth of Harrod, Jim (Kim) Wildermuth of Lima; a Daughter, Kristi (Brent) Thaxton of Lima; 8 Grandchildren - Katie, Troy, Nikki, Lane, Luke, Paige, Ty and Jordan; a Brother-in-law, William Andrews of Lima.

He was preceded in death by: a Sister, Connie Andrews.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until time of services at 6:00 pm Monday, June 17, 2024 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES EASTSIDE CHAPEL with Chaplain Glory Geib officiating. Burial will be in Spencerville Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Westminster Fire and Rescue.

    My heart goes out to all of you. Your dad was a great guy and he will be missed. He was always a hard worker and a great dad. Remember the good times - keep those close to your hearts.

    Condolences to all of you. Tod and I were friends, although since I moved to Michigan I hadn't seen him in many years. He was a good man.
